Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. You can even request an appointment via our website or the TeleVet Care Mobile App. Our receptionists should get back to you to confirm your appointment the next work day.
During office hours, if you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us (225-755-3838) or come to the hospital immediately. Emergencies do not require an appointment.
Walk-ins are accepted as well but expect to wait to be seen. We will do our best to work you in between scheduled appointments as efficiently as possible. Please be patient and understanding. Emergencies and scheduled appointments have priority and will be seen before walk-ins.
